My goal first is to make sure your hair is healthy always & then letās talk hair goals. Iāve been behind the chair almost 10 years now. My clientele ranges from dark, thick to naturally light & fine hairš¤. I love empowering busy girlies that have dreams to chase to prioritize self-care. So be sure while youāre in my salon all my attention is focused on you & you loving your hair & feeling pampered. Iām married no kids but a dog mom š«¶š¼. CANCELLATION POLICY
I will be requiring a non refundable deposit or a card on file on most services. Deposits are non-refundable, and will be applied towards the total at the end of the service! Appointments canceled, or missed with less than 48 hours notice are subject to a cancellation fee equal to 75% of the scheduled service total, included in the fee is the no refundable deposit. This fee compensates for reserved appointment time that cannot be filled on short notice. Rescheduling is allowed once, more than one reschedule will result in loss of deposit and new deposit will need to be collected to reschedule. If last minute rescheduling happens day of, this will fall under appointments cancelled/ missed and youāll be charged as such. āFees will be charged to cards on file, if not able to be charged you will receive an invoice to collect fee & must be paid before wanting to schedule again. I know traffic or getting off work late happens, please notify me ASAP to let me know youāll be late, I only allow 10 mins past appointment time, otherwise depending on service, it will have to be charged as last minute reschedule and moved to a different date.
